APLLICABLE LAW

Any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Pt. Sulawesi Adventures Tours & Travel shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Law of Indonesia in the courts of Rantepao (Sulawesi). Both parties agree to choose Sulawesi as place for the arbitration.
