Adventure and ethnic travel Indonesia. The Baliem Festival is a cultural festival where the tribes living near Baliem Valley are gathered and show their tribal attractions such as war dance, pig cooking, traditional music, pig race, and many others. The festival consistently attended by hundreds of peoples (from local tribes). All of them come with their own traditional costumes such as head cover, tattoo, spear, grass skirt, and penis gourd. Live an authentic and human experience in contact with these peoples.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL - WAMENA

Arrival to Wamena, the capital of Baliem Valley. Once there, we will leave our luggage at the hotel and we will visit its traditional market. Back to Wamena to sleep.

DAY 2: WAMENA-BALIEM VALLEY FESTIVAL

Breakfast at the hotel and transfert to Baliem Valley Festival (30 min drive). Enjoy a wonderful and complete cultural performance of Baliem Valleys Tribes,  Dani Tribes, Lani Tribes, few of Yali Tribes,  that attending this Festival. ** Please note that our car will drop us in the morning and pick up in the afternoon.

DAYS 3-4: BALIEM VALLEY FESTIVAL

Breakfast at the hotel. During these two days we will enjoy Baliem Valley Festival. We will drop you every day in the morning and we will pick you up In the afternoon.

DAY 5: WAMENA- OUT

You are free until the moment of the transfer to airport to take the flight to your next destination.  End of your Valley Baliem tour.
